Who handles your enquiry
Guangdong Boxiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Sihui, Guangdong, China, uses this website to receive and respond to business enquiries. Contact sales@boxiangmetal.com about your information.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your company name and email address. We also record the submission page, time and enquiry reference. Where available, campaign labels, the first page visited during your browser session, the latest campaign page and the referring website origin are attached to your enquiry. Do not include personal or confidential information in campaign links.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to contact you, assess your manufacturing requirements, follow up quotations and understand which pages or campaigns brought an enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. A contact-link click is not treated as a submitted enquiry.
Browser storage and security
Language preferences may be remembered in a cookie. Limited source information is temporarily stored in your browser tab, resets after 30 minutes of inactivity, and is sent with your enquiry. If storage is unavailable, you can still submit. The service uses a rotating hash derived from the connecting IP to limit automated submissions. Hosting providers may process network and security logs. Administrator sessions use separate authentication cookies.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting, data storage and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Authorised Boxiang staff can access enquiries. Because Boxiang operates in China and service providers may operate elsewhere, processing can take place outside your country. WhatsApp and email links open separate services governed by their own privacy terms.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you choose Allow statistics do we load Google Analytics 4. Before consent or after rejection, no Google analytics tag or consent-only ping is sent. Google may process browser/device information, approximate location, analytics cookie identifiers, approved public-page URLs and campaign labels, and events for successful enquiry submissions, contact clicks and public resource download clicks. Contact and download clicks are not enquiries. Company names, emails and enquiry references are excluded; arbitrary URL parameters and fragments are removed, and the referrer is reduced to its website origin. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled.
Your statistics choice
Use Statistics preferences at the bottom of a public page to accept, reject or withdraw consent. The choice is kept in localStorage for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit. Withdrawal stops further collection, clears pending analytics commands and removes accessible GA cookies from this site; it does not erase information already processed by Google. Rejecting statistics does not block enquiries or contact links. Google may process data outside your country.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries are kept for business follow-up, record keeping and applicable obligations. You can email us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify the request and retain information required for an ongoing transaction or applicable obligations. Include your enquiry reference if available; avoid sending identity documents unless requested.
